Participant account support
Use this information for support with your Education Minister's Running Challenge account.
Create an account
- Open sign in.
- Select the 'Sign up' option.
- Enter your details.
- Confirm your account through the verification email we send you. Make sure to check your junk folder.
If the error message appears ‘An account with the given email already exists’, you already have an account and need to sign in. If you are experiencing issues trying to sign in, you can reset your password.
If you are still experiencing issues, email websitesupport@ministersrunningchallenge.wa.gov.au.
Update your account details
You can change your name in your account profile. To change your personal details:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select the person icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
- Select ‘Edit profile’.
- Update your details.
- Select ‘Done’.
Your account details will be updated.
To change the email address linked to your account, email websitesupport@ministersrunningchallenge.wa.gov.au.
Once your support request has been received, you will need to sign into your new account and accept the request.
It may take up to 5 business days to complete your support request.
Register for this year's challenge
If you had an account in a previous year, you will need to sign in and register for this year's challenge. To register:
- Sign in to your account.
- Select ‘Register now’ for the new challenge.
- Search and select your school.
- Select your year level.
- Select ‘Register’.
Once you have completed these steps, you are registered in this year's challenge.
Log and manage runners' walks or runs
You can add and edit walks or runs through the challenge in your account. To log an activity:
- Select ‘Log a walk or run’ in your account.
- Log the walk or run and add details.
- You can also add a description, a comment and a like, if you wish.
- Select ‘Submit’.
