Education Minister's Running Challenge

Education Minister's message

"Thank you to everyone who's been involved in the Minister's Running Challenge.

I can't believe that you have clocked 2 million minutes. You have also run or walked over 300,000 kms. You've been around Australia! That is fantastic, hope you've enjoyed it.

Keep running, keep active, and make sure we do it again next year."

Minister for Education, Hon Dr Tony Buti MLA

By engaging in regular physical activity, participants develop endurance, strength, and overall fitness, leading to improved wellbeing and increased self-confidence. The challenge provides the structure and incentives needed to motivate children to make fitness a priority, helping them lay the foundation for a healthier future.
